1Preheat oven to 375 F
2In a Medium bowl Marinate chicken with lime juice, Mexican mole seasoning, oil, and salt. Let Marinate for 15 mins or overnight in the fridge.
3Place chicken on a parchment paper lined sheet pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 mins,
4Remove foil from chicken and bake for an additional 25 mins until the skin is crispy and browned
