Ingredients

2 Medium Tomatoes

½ Cup Sliced Red Onion

1 Whole Lime

¼ Tsp Salt or Nyama Chyoma Seasoning (Found In Box)

¼ Cup Cilantro

Black Pepper (Optional)

Serve Ugali, Sukuma Wiki and Nyama Choma.

HOW TO PREPARE KACHUMBARI

1Slice or Chop tomatoes and onions in desired shape/cut/ thickness.

2In a medium bowl, add tomatoes and onions, squeeze the juice of one lime, add salt/seasoning and mix.

3Add cilantro and mix again.

4Place In the fridge for 15 mins then serve.
