What kind of items are in each box?

Flavor Noire introduces new (and sometimes adventurous) delicacies from around the world, from oils and spices to condiments. Each Flavor Noire box is packed with dynamic recipes, non-perishable items, kitchen/dinning tools and detailed shopping lists for finding the perfect fresh ingredients. Subscribers can also expect fun and engaging activity options for family and friends.

How many servings do I get out of each recipe?

Each box comes with 2 recipes, complete with detailed instructions. All recipes can feed 2-4 people.

What additional items can I expect in my box?

In addition to tasty treats from around the world, each box comes with educational inserts on the featured country, virtual (video) recipes, as well as guides to purchasing the featured items for yourself.

Are there online options?

All subscribers will join the Flavor Tribe, an online community of cultural food enthusiasts. Subscribers will receive virtual recipes, and have the ability to repurchase featured products from Flavor Noire’s ecommerce store. once the store is live

Does my purchase benefit any other organization?

With every box sold, Flavor Noire will contribute a portion of the proceeds to Rise Against Hunger. So not only can you snack, but you can feel great while doing it.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for all Flavors of the World box. However, we currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and any of the US territories.

Billing & Subscriber Charging

One-Time Boxes – We charge immediately for one-time boxes and orders can be canceled up to the the cut-off date which is usually the last day of the month. After cut-off date, no cancellations, skipping, refund can be honored because we place our orders with suppliers on cut-off dates and we can’t cancel with them.
 
Monthly Subscribers (Deliver Every 1 Month) – As a monthly subscriber, your first box is charged on the day you subscribe for that month’s box. You become an auto-renew subscriber with this option. All auto-renewals are charged on the 15th day of the month except when you skip or cancel.

Bi-Monthly Subscribers (Deliver Every 2 Months) – As a bi-monthly subscriber, your first box is charged on the day you subscribe for that month’s box. You become an auto-renew subscriber with this option but you don’t get charged until the 3rd month and every other month after that. All auto-renewals are charged on the 15th day of the month except when you skip or cancel. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will be receiving January box, the next charge will be n the 15th of March and you will receive the box featured in March which usually will ship the first week of April.

What happens with failed or declined payments?

If your payment is declined, our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your cardIf we are unable to receive payment, your subscription will be canceled. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to send you a perfect box. If you receive a damaged item in your box, please send us an email at support@flavornoire.com within 3 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage item alongside the shipping label on your box. We need both items in the same picture. 

If missing an item from your box, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your box with a picture of your box as you received it. 

Sometimes, we run out of stock of replacement items. When this happens, we’ll be sure to provide you with a credit that you can use towards your next box. replacement items ship out immediately if we have them in stock and we’ll send you the tracking number.

I don't like this month's box and I want to return it.

We do our best to ensure you love your Flavors of the World box. Unfortunately, once we are past order cancellation dates for the month, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange for your box.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order prior to the cut-off date of the month by login to your account, select my subscription – “Cancel“. If you are a subscriber and all you want to do is skip a month, then select “Skip” instead of “Cancel“. Cut-off date for skipping and cancel is usually the last day of the month.
